Peramun Hill is one of the ecotourism destinations on Belitong Island, offering natural wonders as primary forests, granite rock forms and panoramic sea views from its 129 mASL. The name come from "peramuan," a local tradition of mixing herbal medicine. Since 2006 conservation by Arsel Community and in 2023 received recognition as first digital-based forest in Indonesia.
